Fast forward. Panamá 2020

I will be updating my writing to record our family's life and adventure as we relocated to Panamá in December 2019. Just in time for the craziest time in my lifetime. The year 2020. I don't need to get into details of what 2020 brings to virtually every single person from every corner of the world. Personally, to me it is overloaded with silver linings and I wouldn't choose to do it any other way. I came out of the year 2020 feeling like I had been birthed, died, rebirthed, and repeat. For those who know, you know exactly what I mean. And trust me, you will know it.

Going forward, I will record in this blog some of the big memories we had in 2020 and the-almost-finished 2021 when we caught up with so many trips that were not possible in 2020.

In Panamá, so far we have explored Bocas del Toro, Bijao, Playa Venao, Santa Catalina and Isla Coiba, Islas Las Perlas, San Blas archipelago, among others.

In the neighboring countries, we are grateful to have the opportunity to have explored Guatemala and Ecuador (mainly Isla Galapagos). Sadly, travel will never feel the same again. Gone is the time when traveling is exhilarating and exciting. It is now replaced with nose-pricking, hazmat, face shield, and masks. It is suffocating to say the least. So I'd prefer shorter destinations with plenty of nature reserve to explore.

Off we go!
